The salon is basically good, there is a choice of dresses, aesthetically pleasing inside. But they have the main problem: there are no sizes for girls who are slightly "wider" in the hips, in the chest. It was difficult to find a dress here, even though my figure is not too huge. The second point that was very annoying was that the girl was very distracted by the phone during the fitting to answer the customers. I just put on a dress and went to the counter and did my own thing. In the end, I chose a dress in the salon where I was the center of attention, they picked up literally everything I needed for the image. And no one was distracted. Yes, the prices here are adequate, but I am also willing to pay for a respectful attitude.

I signed up for a fitting on Instagram, where the girl uploaded a website where I can see models of dresses that I like. I selected and took screenshots of the dresses, clarified that the size needed was 50-52, and they told me that my size was available. I was driving from Brest, and the fitting lasted 15 minutes. I clarified once again what I was looking for. They didn't offer me exactly what I needed. I tried on 4 dresses, and then they told me that my breasts didn't fit their dresses. Of course, there are dresses in sizes 50-52, but what's the point of trying them on if they're going to be small anyway? In other salons, even if it is small, they offer to either change it or order a different size, they didn't even show the dress here. In general, the feeling was that they wanted to get out as soon as possible. I do not recommend this salon.

I didn't like the interior. You can't take pictures in a dress, before recording for a fitting, the store threw off their catalog of dresses, not a single wedding dress that I liked was available. Customer orientation is at zero. The fitting lasted 15 minutes, I tried on only 5 dresses, the consultant had nothing more to offer. The consultant offered dresses, not at all according to my request. They also said that they would call the next day, find out about the availability of the desired dress in Brest, but no one called.

Yes, the place is beautiful. But there are much more disadvantages. It is impossible to take photos and videos, which is not clear at all. How am I supposed to remember all the dresses I've tried on?) + for the same reason, it is not possible to refresh the fitting in memory the next day and make your choice. There are no sizes for bigger girls at all. Although I'm not exactly big, but in the range of size 48-50, the Consultant offered almost nothing. All that was offered were hackneyed models. Nothing relevant. As it seemed to me, they were not interested in buying the dress from them. Anyway, that's how it was with us. The consultant was distracted by the phone. Perhaps the conditions are different in other cities, but here the impression remains the most unpleasant. And since this was the very first fitting in my life, my mood was completely ruined until I reached the normal salon. I recommend going to the regional center and choosing something there. With higher competition in the salons of Brest, the attitude is different, and the choice of models is much wider.
