I really liked the studio! The atmosphere is calm and cozy, everything is clean and tidy. The coach(s) are attentive, prompt, correct the technique, support — even if you come for the first time and are completely "wooden". After classes, the body feels light, the tension goes away.

I have been going to this studio for several months to stretch in hammocks, every time I am delighted with the sensations after training - lightness, plasticity and feeling beautiful. The studio itself is very cozy and comfortable. Living at the end of Heroes Alley, the location suits me just fine. I recommend Elflexy <3
