В магазине сервис оставляет желать лучшего: персонал почти не проявляет приветливости, и в целом кажется, что визит покупателя там не слишком ждут. Особенно бросается в глаза сотрудник‑мужчина у входа. Если к нему обратиться — поздороваться и спросить про товар, — он никак не ответит на приветствие: просто сухо сообщит информацию о товаре, без какой‑либо теплоты. Ни улыбки, ни «спасибо за покупку», ни «до свидания» — ничего. Такое отстранённое, почти безразличное отношение сильно портит впечатление от магазина.
