The battery cover did not open when replacing the battery. It was in my presence. The employee did not specify that further manipulation could cause damage. I would refuse to repair it. But he opened it with a regular screwdriver, scratching and bending the back cover. He said everything was fine, it wouldn't be visible. I don't recommend it!
