A great hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very polite, attentive and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent. I would love to come back here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A new hotel. Excellent spacious rooms with a large bathroom. Very clean. The supermarket prices in the bar. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Is free. Very nice terrace with tables overlooking the garden. Everything is green. We were lucky to get to a feast that the innkeeper had arranged for the guests. He set the table and brought excellent wine. Gennady (the host) turned out to be a talented toastmaster. Complete strangers from different countries became best friends that evening. At the same time, we communicated in three languages, translated to each other and enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere that surrounded us. Gennady talked a lot and interestingly about Georgia. We have experienced hospitality in this country before, but this has never happened anywhere else. The next morning, the owner gave us borjomi drinks, again at his own expense stopped all our attempts to leave tips, and gave us recommendations on the route. I think it's a great success to get into this guest house.

I stayed in this place for 3 days, it's really the best, the cleanliness is excellent, the hosts are very friendly. I will definitely visit this place again when I arrive in Sighnaghi.
