The best coffee shop I've ever visited. An excellent selection of different types of coffee. There are Brazil, Ethiopia, Honduras and there is a unique coffee Tanzania and Guatemala. In short, for every taste. If necessary, they can grind it under a turk, a cup, a filter, etc. Just a supper!

There are no complaints about the coffee itself, this is not the first time we have ordered it, everything is fine, but there is a separate question for the staff. We ordered coffee on 03/04/2025, no one called and, accordingly, the order was not delivered. I personally called on 03/05/2025 in the morning at 9:30 a.m. to clarify the order, to which the girl Julia replied that they could not bring it today, unless the next day. To the question of why? After all, people are waiting for the order, bring it today, no specific response has been received, everything has already been formed, so wait tomorrow and put down the phone and without even telling about the cost of the order. After calling back to clarify the cost, another woman who did not introduce herself picked up and said she would resolve the issue, as she was very surprised that the order had not been delivered today. Since Julia had lunch, she said she would deal with the situation and would definitely call back. Julia called back with the question "The order will arrive tomorrow, what's the question?" to which I asked the woman I was talking to on the phone, and the answer came, "well, I answered, so what's the question? Do you need the amount? So, thanks, and I put the phone down. It's not the first time I've come across such a low-key attitude on Julia's part towards a REGULAR customer who orders coffee almost EVERY month and not for a small amount. After this attitude, not only I have no desire to order coffee, but also people from work, to whom I also place an order. A very unpleasant aftertaste remained. I ask the management to pay attention to their staff and how they communicate with customers....because of such people, coffee becomes as tasteless as it feels after talking with Julia.
