He was rude and refused to accept the documents , deciding that the translator would not see and would not understand and the notary would not certify.(due to the not very good quality of the document) but the document was official (record of the birth certificate, 1999) with a blue seal and stamp. The poor quality was due to the fact that the original document was old and it was not possible to make a better quality copy. Nevertheless, everything that was written there was visible and it was not difficult for the translator to translate and notarize, because the document was official and stamped, and it took a long time to travel from abroad. I contacted the translator myself personally after the refusal of this "specialist", who refused to accept the documents. And everything was done to me in the shortest possible time. I concluded that why pay an intermediary if you can also send a letter to Minsk and they will translate and assure you. I highly recommend changing an employee , because this boor is not suitable for working with people.
