This is an Express bus station, mostly buses go to Orenburg and Samara and Kazan. It is open from 07:30 - 19:00, the canteen is closed inside, there is a grocery boutique that is open until 17:00. There is no outlet for charging the phone inside, it is warm inside and there are chairs for 30 people. Alphard taxi drivers are constantly on duty in front of the bus station.

Here's some kind of nightmare, the schedule says that they work from 7.00 to 19.00, in fact they work until 17.00, they arrived by bus after 17.00, the bus station was closed, they sat on benches waiting for a taxi, kuzetovets kicked us out, like it's closed, go with bags in the mud, I used to give 5 stars, after such an attitude 1 star is a lot. There are no complaints about the drivers.

People have to drive in this stuffy environment. Of course, there is one fan for the whole bus, but it doesn't do any good. Why the bus station does not think about the people who choose their service: it is cheaper, more convenient. And it would seem that there should be convenience for people, but alas. There are children, old people, people with pressure, in full heat and stuffiness. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Heaters do not work on buses in winter, and air conditioners do not work in summer. What are we paying for? They raise ticket prices, but they cannot provide buses with working air conditioners!!!!
