The quality of the water has objectively become much better, it has become tastier, and there is no limescale in the kettle. I bought and installed filters from Ecotrend. The installation itself went fine, but further maintenance was very disappointing. Persistent calls about cartridge replacement begin every six months. Moreover, this is not presented as a recommendation, but almost as an urgent need: they say that after 6 months you can no longer drink water. It feels more like pressure than a normal service. The last incident completely ruined the impression. I signed up for a cartridge replacement, and they gave me a waiting interval of several hours. On the day of the visit, the master called, I said that I was at home and I could drive up. After that, I waited for about 40 minutes - no one arrived. When he called the master back, he said that he had allegedly come, no one answered him, so he left. At the same time, I was at home all this time. There were no repeated calls, messages, or attempts to contact me. When asked to return, he replied that he still had 12 orders and he had no time. After that, I contacted the Ecotrend managers. They didn't solve the situation — they only offered to re-sign for other days that didn't suit me. The request to come on the same day was refused. It turns out that when you need to sell replacement cartridges, managers know how to get through. And when the master has to do the agreed work, they can no longer contact. As a result, the problem was not solved, the cartridges were not replaced, and my time was lost. Clarification of the company's response: In order to avoid being "pestered by calls," I don't have to specifically refuse them. First, the company must get my consent for such regular calls. I do not have to unsubscribe from ads that I did not consent to. The main problem is not just the calls, but the way the service works. When the master reported that no one had opened the door for him, you could have just called me and checked. I was at home, waiting for the master, and I was ready to receive him. As for the advice to find another service company, yes, such a company can indeed be found. And with a price lower than yours, even taking into account the discount offered for deleting a negative review. As a result, the problem was not solved: the cartridges were not replaced, my time was lost, and the company did not take responsibility for the disrupted visit!
