Review of a vacation in an eco-park We went to celebrate our son's birthday for 2 days, hoping for a comfortable family vacation. Unfortunately, there were extremely unpleasant impressions. The room turned out to be in poor condition: everything was old, a lot was broken, the air conditioner was not working. The shower drain wasn't working — the water was running, it was dirty and unpleasant to bathe children. At first, the reception said that it was "normal for a standard room." Only after contacting the manager did they send a plumber who pulled a bunch of hair and dirt out of the drain — it was very unpleasant. The reception staff is rude and indifferent, and they communicate with discontent. The food was also disappointing: a "restaurant" is more like a dining room with high prices. The food is tasteless, the waiters work slowly, and the order is accepted after several attempts. We were with two children, we paid extra for a cot, but it turned out to be old and uncomfortable — in the end, everyone slept on the same bed. The bathrobes and towels were worn out, there was no shampoo, and I had to ask for soap. There was not even drinking water in the room, there was no cold water in the shower on the first day. They were counting on a children's center, but on the spot they reported with dissatisfaction that it was not working. No one warned about this in advance. The next day we decided to leave and found out that it was possible to book for a day, although the manager Shahibanum said that at least 2 days. The receptionist replied, "That's your problem." It feels like guests are being lured by beautiful Instagram photos, but in fact the level is very low. Everything is old, in need of repair, there is no service, and the prices are high. The only advantage is the warm water in the pool. Otherwise, it's a complete disappointment.

It's a great place, we really liked it, but it requires minor updates, for example, three out of five of our guests had problems with locks and door handles, they also paid for the key, although it was broken immediately upon arrival, they didn't have time to go in, they also didn't have a spare key and they had to crack it when we forgot it in the room. The cuisine leaves much to be desired, it's very salty, the service is at a terrible level, you need to change either the manager or the whole team, but I'm not sure if this is not a family business. In general, we really liked the pools, although there was sand in places, but the water was quite hot and in the small pools it was also very hot, on the whole we were satisfied.
