We took two portions of baked ribs - one fat, it is simply impossible to eat this fat, half of the plate remained untouched. Next is maintenance. We were sitting on the summer terrace, and not once during the evening did the waiter come up to us and ask if we wanted anything else. The plates with the cores were also not cleaned and stood on the table until we left. Well, the cherry on the cake is the bill, which suddenly "grew" by 26 rubles, which was noticed, unfortunately, only at home. I do not know who works for you, but they clearly have a lot more to learn, but of course the desire to visit this institution has disappeared completely) One of the advantages is a good hookah, and an excellent craftsman who showed us much more attention than the waiter, and I give a star for that alone.

There is no customer orientation and attention. The quality of alcohol is low.. They couldn't even drink this stuff.. the feeling that they are using the cheapest alcohol.. It's just dangerous for your health to drink cocktails and tinctures there.. I don't talk about food at all.. it is impossible to eat, otherwise you will get a pancreatic attack from the abundance of oil.. moreover, the smell of stale frying oil.. I do not recommend you to visit!

Yesterday we visited the Aether establishment — and, to be honest, we were completely perplexed by what was happening. Initially, we were looking for a place to go late at night, and we chose this particular place because they have stated opening hours until 4 a.m. Moreover, in their stories it was stated that karaoke also works until 4. This was the decisive factor. We arrived around 3:00. We left our jackets in the wardrobe, paid for the entrance (10 rubles per person), and went up to the gym. At that time, only a couple of tables were occupied and one person was sitting at the bar — that is, there was no congestion. They sat us down, warned us that the kitchen would close in 20 minutes — this is normal, there are no questions, we did not plan to eat, we ordered only drinks. Karaoke was going on at that moment: two girls were singing, after which they gave us the microphone. Then they managed to sing a couple more times after us — and suddenly, without any warnings, around 3:20, they just turn off all the TVs and turn on all the lights in the hall. Despite the fact that there are still 40 minutes before the announced closing. Further — more. After a few minutes, the waiter comes up and asks to pay. We say that we will pay with a card, and then it turns out that there is no such possibility anymore. No one warned about this in advance. A logical question arises: what if we didn't have cash? What should the guests do then? Apparently, the cash register was simply closed in advance — again, despite the fact that the institution is still officially open. At 3:35 a.m., a security guard approaches us and informs us that the establishment is closing. After a couple more minutes, we are already being persistently asked to leave the room. Bottom line: one thing is stated (work until 4 a.m., karaoke until 4), in fact, people start to be "kicked out" after 3:20. Without warnings, without explanations, with the cashier closed and the inability to pay in a convenient way. This attitude towards the guests only causes disappointment. If you do not plan to work before the stated time, just do not mislead people, do not charge 20 rubles for admission without informing them of your intentions to go home early.

Cocktails made from low-quality alcohol, the Cosmopolitan chemical cocktail - vodka diluted with water and ice, the Long Island cocktail - how could it have been spoiled, but they did it: the aftertaste of vodka and cola were apparently kept open all day so that there were no gases. The tinctures are terrible, of the lowest quality. Service! The waiter has absolutely no knowledge of the composition of dishes and drinks, a large stop list. Used dishes and napkins are not removed from the table. The serving of food and drinks took more than 40 minutes (I had to remind myself) and this was with an empty establishment!
