I give a low rating not to the building and the institution, but to the owners for launching this unique place in such a way. It is very sad to see how a once beautiful historical building is falling apart. They also put up a sign saying "Protected by the state"! It's not guarded in any way! The resort town obviously has good incomes, but it cannot allocate a relatively small amount for repairs. It's a pity about this place!
