Disgusting service, even one star is a pity! We went to the pool, a girl met us, and we chose sun beds with her. While she was on her way to change towels, Olga, the manager, overtook her and gave our sun beds to other guests. It was all in front of our eyes, just blindly, when the girl told Olga that these sunbeds were occupied by us — Olga pointedly waved her hand, saying they were the first to reach them. No apologies, she just talked arrogantly and with a grin, in an absolutely unacceptable way. It is a pity that there are such employees in the place where we have vacationed more than once. Don't set foot in here again! And we don't advise anyone.
