I returned home from my vacation in Hainan today, and decided to leave a review about Eden Travel, with whom we went on four different excursions. All reviews are 1 star, I was amazed because my friend and I (we are 25 years old) I really liked everything! Cool excursions in themselves, convenient and logical organization of everything, cool guides - in other reviews, the guys are outraged, but this was probably before my personal experience, and during this time the company has greatly "tightened" its services and the way they are provided. In short, don't listen to other people's opinions, but try it yourself! Because all 4 of the tour were in different places with different guides and everything was very comfortable without any cheat, interesting and on and on Ah! About the food even wrote a lot of bad about the boat-trough, it will also complement) dinners do not always have a gun, a bomb, but you came to China, here's another kitchen, it should be understood, but! On excursions to Yanoda, Romantic Park and Nanshang (I hope I didn't make a mistake in the name), the dinners were delicious, there were enough food options for different tastes, everything was fine with the food! Sometimes people just have different tastes and preferences. A trough yacht is actually quite a beautiful, large, very atmospheric vessel! My friend and I really got high. And it's a beauty for beer lovers in general - it's free and unlimited there (there's also juice and coconut water). So don't look for cons - get high on vacation! All rays of goodness

Our representative Kim came to the hotel for a meeting and couldn't really tell us anything. A couple of days later, I wrote to him asking him to send suggestions on excursions, with locations we were interested in. Kim replied that he did not know if the bridge was open, it was under repair in the winter. I sent him a screenshot from the bayou that the bridge is open and we will arrange a trip ourselves. I am glad that we bought a wonderful individual VIP tripcom tour. Kim and his colleagues can stay out of work. I heartily do not recommend this agency for my travels.

Our entire stay at Dadonghai 4 season Hotel from 05 to 17.04 was a great success!!! We were met, brought to the hotel, helped with the transfer, a taxi, a towel that was not delivered on time and other small things, we did not know anything was refused or ignored, and despite the fact that we did not take excursions, the attitude was good, even minor problems helped us. VOLODYA, representative of the tour operator, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP THAT WAS GIVEN TO US!!!! Tired, not tired, always friendly, responsive, always helpful, positive man, only warm memories remain
