Finally, they called me back, asked for the details again, and promised to call me back again, and this time they didn't lie - they called me with the claim that they had called me that day, but I didn't pick up the phone. No apologies, nothing) They said I can come back to take it, they won't take the money. It seems like a good ending, but it seems like I've been going untreated for a month after the appointment, trying to get through, and I'll also spend my time 2 times on not the most pleasant gynecological analysis.
