We stayed at this hotel in June 2025. The hotel is super. Fully corresponds to the description and photo! Everything is new, the houses still smell of wood) The staff at the Autumn Hotel is friendly and helpful! It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. Nearby there are shops, cafes, pharmacy. The shops have everything you need. The dolphinarium is also within walking distance. It's a 20-minute walk to the market. The hotel is located in a quiet location, away from the noise of the city. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center of novaya Gagra, with noisy embankments, cafes, restaurants and discos, and at least an hour to get to the center of Staraya, I think. It turned out to be an ideal place for me, I was relaxing with my child, and I didn't need discos under the windows until morning) There is a kitchen on site with everything you need, you can cook by yourself, you can go to a cafe. We went to Cafe Leon, ate there, and had takeaways. The beach is clean, there are not many people on the beach. There is no noise from the railway, I did not notice it. Trains, like the metro, in Moscow, do not run every 2 minutes, and even if one train passes in a day, it is practically inaudible in the house. We will definitely come here again!

Everything is great In fact, we came to the cabin to swim and sleep, Abkhazia is very beautiful, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the beauty of nature for 4 days. The sea is simply fascinating, very clean. The tour of the Aatsinsky gorge was very pleasant, I recommend those who are used to active recreation. The host is friendly, polite, we liked everything.

We rested in June 2024. The houses are new, the inside smells of wood, there is a barbecue, a kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, water from a well, and even a water analysis was taken (which has a huge plus, because E. coli is raging at the peak of tourists), grocery stores, public transport stop, railway the station. The owner Eric 10 points out of 5. He will turn on the air conditioner before arrival so that it is comfortable in the house, tell you if you have questions, always in touch, even took you to the stop when leaving, accepts all wishes and turns them into reality (as his brother Alkhas says: "we do not have a book of complaints, we have a book offers!" 😀). Besides the super great host, we were lucky with the neighbors. In the evenings, we all gathered, cooked kebabs, chatted, laughed and drank wine. They said goodbye as if they were family.
