The main advantage of the hotel is its location, right in the center, close to the springs. But the service is terrible. The main disappointment is the food. It is very monotonous, lunch and dinner are always the same, there are not enough places in the dining room on holidays. The choice of drinks is only for breakfast, for lunch and dinner - only water and tea from a bucket. There were spoiled pieces in the salads. And granny walked around in a dirty apron, mixing it all up so that the food didn't look dirty. For dessert, there are almost always the same cheesecakes. If some dish is over, they are in no hurry to update it. The second disappointment is the pool. In fact, it's not even a pool, but a large bathtub, and visiting the pool was considered a medical procedure - you can only visit it on time and a limited number of times. I really didn't like the smell of tobacco. There is a "no smoking" sign on the hotel door, while the staff rooms stank of tobacco all the time, especially the lobby of the hotel and the second floor were smoked. The room was not cleaned every day, although the reception stated that every day, sometimes even the garbage was not taken out. In terms of medical care, everything is very good, for a solid four - I liked that everything was clear on time, I never had to wait, the procedures were pleasant and varied, the staff was polite and caring, the only wish was that the massage should be longer (the massage session lasted only 15 minutes!). Definitely, I will not go to this hotel anymore, and I will not recommend it to my friends
