A VERY SPECIAL GRATITUDE for all representatives of this veterinary clinic. Got there for an emergency check up for our Myata(cat). Personel listened to me carefully, analised the situation and did all the manipulations with caution and kindness. My cat was absolutely fine with the Doctor(kind of a superhero in such cases), calm and quiet after the X-ray, not afraid at all. Fortunately the cat is well. Same I am wishing to good people who work in this place. P.S. any action done to my cat was discussed, explained to me, including the fee for the visit and check-up, for this again thank you🫶

The most heartbreaking experience of my life — this clinic let my dog die. If you truly love your pet, stay far away from Joli Veterinary Clinic. Late at night, my dog suddenly had a severe medical emergency — his intestines were coming out, and it was clear he needed urgent surgery. It was treatable if handled in time. I found Joli through Google, and I called them again and again — more than 10 times on all the numbers listed. Not a single answer. Desperate, I rushed to the clinic myself. I showed the on-duty vet (a man named Hovhannes, I think) a photo and explained how serious the situation was. He even admitted it needed surgery — but then said he wouldn’t call the main doctor, because “it’s late,” and “it’s not that urgent.” I was shocked. I begged him, I told him I’d pay whatever it takes, cover taxi fares, anything — just please call the doctor. My dog was suffering and getting worse by the minute. He refused. Kept making excuses. Said the main vet is a woman and he "can’t disturb her." Then claimed two or three doctors were needed. I said I’ll pay for all of them, no matter the cost — still refused. I was standing there, begging, while my dog was at home slowly dying. The worst part? He told me to just wash my dog’s back and wait till 10AM. I told him if we wait that long, he’ll die. His answer? “No, your information is wrong. Nothing will happen.” But it did. My dog got worse and worse, and he passed away before sunrise. This wasn’t some rare condition. It was an emergency that could’ve been treated, but they did absolutely nothing. I’ll never forget this. I lost my best friend that night. Not because help wasn’t possible — but because this clinic chose not to care. If you’re reading this because your pet needs help — please go anywhere else.

I used to think emergency clinics were meant to save lives. After what happened to my friend’s dog at Joli, I’ve lost all trust. He showed up in the middle of the night with a bleeding dog who urgently needed surgery, and they told him to wait. No help, no sense of urgency — nothing. They just stood there watching time run out. And it did. We’re all heartbroken, and this clinic will never be forgiven for what they cost. Do not take your pets here. Ever.
