We ordered interior doors on 11/12/2025. I made an advance payment of 30% (900 rubles), and the remaining amount was arranged in installments. The doors were promised to be delivered within a month and a half. As a result, 90 working days have passed according to the contract, the installment payment has been paid in full, but there are no doors and no money. As of today, 03/27/2026, everyone is feeding me breakfast. The girl who is responsible for the delivery sets the dates without any delay. It rings every day and has a new date. My nerves just can't stand it, how do I get my 3,000 rubles back? I have written a pre-trial claim and am preparing documents for the court.

The most terrible store about the import of doors and accessories. The consultant picked up everything in the store and suggested it. There were no questions at all, everything was correct. The doors were waiting for 2 months , the doors were of high quality, the question was different, the measurer did not measure the door correctly and brought us 100 for 90, the installer was offered to stick it in there, breaking part of the wall. The fittings are generally a jamb, they were ordered with magnets, they were brought without, the handles were ordered for 85 rubles, they were brought for 35 and they tried to prove that they were right, although the manufacturer was clearly specified in the contract, 3 sets were brought for hinges on 7 doors. Thanks to the installer for going and buying all the accessories with his own money.. The fittings were delivered to them, and now we don't know how to get the money back, which is almost 1,000. And they said that in 3 weeks they would change the door.... Honestly, having worked for 18 years, this is the first time I have encountered such horror.

At the end of the day, they dialed us and told us that there would be information tomorrow at lunch...Of course, she wasn't there.arriving at the salon, it turned out that no one was looking for anything for us, and an employee of the salon found something similar, but the price was higher and they refused to give us the doors at our price...they decided to return the money and immediately go to another salon, but according to the law, the money is within a week.there was nothing to do, I had to overpay about 300p and yes, the discount for waiting was 62p
