We wanted to order the doors from another organization, but the manager was obsessively calling and offering a discount and the deadlines were fast, so we gave up... And they regretted it very much!!! The agreed deadlines (in words) were not fulfilled, I had to persistently remind myself. One of the doors arrived with a defect, they refused to change it, they said to write to the manufacturer! This company has no responsibility!!!

The ordered front door was not delivered (an hour after the conclusion of the contract and prepayment, they were informed that the door was not on sale), they could not fulfill their conditions, but they were in no hurry to return the money (they waited two weeks), they did not fulfill the terms of the contract, they used the money, and they did not return the entire amount. Lost time and money.

Every day there is disappointment, unfortunately, the door is closed. Two years ago, they chose the door, the measurer confused the opening side (they saw it when they already brought the door, okay, they accepted it))). The door was made on time, installed on time, we are generally very satisfied with the door, the girl is the manager, well done, she was attentive, there are no questions. A year has passed - the door sagged, since there was still a guarantee, we arrived within a week and a half, 5 minutes and settled everything. Another year has passed- it has sunk again, the warranty has ended, the master has been called again (we are ready to pay for both travel and services), the master will soon be a month without a week, as we wait. The answer was received: "We weren't on your side" (people, order the doors on our side)))) so that the master would come to us). In general, we are upset with this attitude towards the client, we also wanted to order interior doors - now I have big doubts whether it is worth ordering them from this company.
