As a result, they did everything themselves, as a result, the cargo was delivered to the wrong address, thrown there, forced to make an additional shipment at their own expense with promises of recalculation, and as a result, fines were lifted from above for downtime at the border due to the fault of their employees. A disgusting organization, I don't recommend it if you don't want to pay 10 times the market value for delivery and suffer on your own with all the problems arising from their incompetence (and there are problems at every turn)!
