I looked into the Ducati motorcycle dealership in Almaty — and it seems that my heart is now beating to the rhythm of V2. Motorcycles are for every taste, from "I just want to ride" to "give me something to fly away." The staff is pleasant, they don't push, they explain everything about the case. The service center is on site, you can make an appointment right away if the motorcycle suddenly decides that it wants a "spa day". I was glad that I also had the equipment — I did not leave empty-handed. In general, if you are looking for a Ducati and want to be talked to not as a wallet, but as a person, I recommend that you take a look. Just be careful: looking at Diavel, you can accidentally sell a kidney.

I can't say anything about the salon, but the motorcycle school is something. Deployment for today, May 10, 2021, Medeo. On the appointed day, the training bike broke down or got up for scheduled repairs. Okay, it doesn't matter, we'll wait, a replacement for classes at another motorcycle school was helpfully offered. That is, you paid for classes at Ducati school, but you can take a course at another school, on another bike and with a price tag 1.5 times lower. The bike was repaired, on the first day the instructor was 30 minutes late, anything happens, on the second I saw him through the car window at the Dostyk-Omarova intersection, returning from Medeo at 10:25, given that classes are scheduled for 10:00 at Medeo. There was no call with a warning about the cancellation of the lesson. Of course, the desire to use the services of such responsible people disappeared instantly. Apologies and promises of a refund have been received, but the finances themselves are not. Bottom line, my advice is to choose a more down-to-earth, less alpine motorcycle school, maybe Ducati and Ferrari in the world of motorcycle schools, but it's unlikely that this will make it easier for you personally.
