I recently visited this cafe and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is very cozy and friendly, which immediately creates a homely feeling. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help with the selection of dishes. The menu is varied and very tasty. We were especially pleased with the desserts. The prices are quite adequate, and the portions are large, so you definitely won't leave hungry.

The Druzhba Cafe is changing for the worse. Shabby sofas, chairs with backs and seats sagging to the ribs, slow waiters, a minimized menu ... there is no question of "focusing on goodies", even more or less interesting dishes do not save. Waiting for a dish from the lunch menu to be served with an empty cafe does not stand up to criticism, the dish (bacon pancakes) does not match the declared ingredients, the appearance and taste are depressing. Hot drinks are served lukewarm. There are no brushwood and tubes spread on Instagram! After paying with the card, the waiter was asked to issue a fiscal check, but he issued a check, which indicates a lack of knowledge, professionalism, and service standards. Maybe on some other days everything is better, but not today, which indicates instability of quality.

They are polite and attentive. A cool idea with the separation of zones by the bar counter. There is a common room with tables where you can come with a group or eat by yourself. And there is a quieter area with tables for two, which have sockets. You can sit with your laptop without disturbing anyone. The disadvantages are small, but they affect the overall perception.: My favorite division into zones is no longer the same as before - the tables can be filled with boxes or the staff themselves are working behind them. Desserts are not being prepared, they are on display. Although they taste good, you'd expect that more from a coffee shop than a cafe. They once issued a loyalty card. There was no big discount, but the fact itself was very pleasant. But recently they stopped accepting them due to the fact that the management has changed, and they do not see the point in these cards. It doesn't seem to be a big deal, but it seems like you're not very welcome here anymore. There are fewer familiar faces among the staff, and the communication itself has changed slightly. Previously, it was possible to support a small gathering, and when they offered to bring coffee or my favorite borscht, my heart melted and was ready to leave the last money for tea. There is practically no such thing anymore, everything is polite, within the framework of the usual service, but without the same atmosphere as before.
