It's a great hotel. Very clean room (309). The furniture and mattress are fresh. Towels, bed linen, dishes, plumbing are beyond praise. The staff is helpful and courteous, starting from the reception and ending with the maids on the floor. At my first request, I was provided with bottled drinking water (the situation with clean water in the city is tense). I really enjoyed living here. The service is at the metropolitan level. Lugansk residents are great fellows)

The hotel is good. The booking system is not very transparent, the secretary tried to book a room 1.5 months in advance - they said "it's too early" on the phone, call later. I dialed 2 weeks before the star, they said "there are no more numbers." We managed to book a "suite" through local guests, but there was also a free "standard" with the star. Breakfast costs 1300 rubles, it is offered to choose from three options, which include dumplings or dumplings, salad and something else + cheesecakes or pancakes + a hot drink. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, and a balcony. The Wi-Fi is cheerful, the mattress is comfortable, cleaning is done every day, the water pressure is excellent, disposable bathroom accessories are available. Location in the very center, a 5-minute walk from a good supermarket Spar. There is a bus/minibus stop right next to the hotel. In general, it is a good option for accommodation in Lugansk.

It was very interesting to visit this hotel, because there is a similar hotel with the same name in our city. The staff is polite and friendly. The room was cleaned every day, even if they didn't ask for it. There is a secure parking on site. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast, everything was simple but delicious. Geographically, it is very convenient. Museums, theaters, parks are within walking distance.
