The staff is very pleasant, competent and courteous. The doctors are just great. They are very attentive to the patient's problems. Technologies do not stand still, they are constantly being improved. They work in a team. The only wish is the mode of operation. It coincides with the working hours of the majority of people, so it's hard to get to them.

There are no complaints about the quality of treatment in general, but we contacted the Dentist several times and never once did the doctor accept on time. And if you are 30 minutes late, you can understand that an hour or more is regarded as simply disrespectful to customers. Considering the price level, I think such cases are unacceptable. The employee who keeps the record should be more polite. The dialogue is conducted more kindly in the registries of state polyclinics.

It's a complete horror! I signed up for Dmitry Eduardovich 2 times. And I took it all 2 times with a delay of 40-45 minutes or more. The recording was postponed. She treated caries. He was sloppy while working, the tools flew out of his mouth. I sawed off a healthy tooth wall, and the edges of the tooth became uneven, rough. There are joints between the tooth's own wall and the filling. A couple of days later, I made an appointment with another dentist, and on the tooth that Dmitry Eduardovich filled, a spot caries was found on the back wall of the tooth, which he ignored and did not treat. Although it had to be done because the probe used to examine this caries got stuck. Therefore, I do not recommend making an appointment with this dentist specifically.

At the same time, you can always agree and go early (only you need to negotiate with the doctors themselves, since their nurse is a cerberus and protects the interests of doctors). Doctors themselves often meet clients halfway, which is why they remain without their legitimate lunch break.

I have been treated by Ekaterina Brickman for more than five years. A competent and courteous doctor who will always help. I remember the first time I applied when other doctors put a cross on my tooth, but she saved it. :)

But the attitude to work))) the queue is delayed, the cancellation of the appointment is not reported, you arrive, and they tell you that the doctor is absent, the appointment was postponed (only they forgot to inform you!!) If you get into this "stomatology", be prepared that you will encounter rudeness, disrespectful attitude of the staff. I was "lucky" to get to Dmitry Eduardovich for treatment of a tooth (cyst). Probably, a person thinks of himself as a doctor from Belarus. You come to him by appointment!! (which is unclear for whom and what) on its own time, and wait for this doctor to go somewhere - wandering, late for more than an hour!! (yes, it takes a sooooo long time to wait for his luminary to finally deign to take you for treatment, but it's not a fact that you won't eventually be sent to another doctor!). Not only is he late, but he also brings other clients with him, and you sit (serf) and wait for his reception! Dmitry Eduardovich is probably guided by Mercury retrograde every day in his work!! Treating teeth in this institution is like a lottery!!! Straight bingo The rest of the staff (while you're waiting in line, it's unclear which one) walk like prisoners, no communication with the client, no one warns about anything! Olga Brickman as the director of the SEI of Belarus - 0!! I still haven't resolved my current situation with this Dmitry!! 😂😂No alternative, no apologies. Apparently, he reserves his politeness for insta subscribers (after all, they have the time and energy!!!) Well, we serfs, mere mortals are not worthy of her attention!! Bottom line: they raised my blood pressure for the whole day, loosened my nervous system, and left my tooth untreated. Wasted time, nerves. I hope the boomerang will come to them!! They have no shame, no conscience. I also want someone to bend the crowns in the future and bring people down to earth. And yes, if there is no approach to people, there is no respect, and you are bored with the endless receptions of people like me, then welcome to factories, enterprises!! There will be a difference in work and your "employment"!!

The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired, and there are also questions about the quality of work. The family treated the teeth, everyone did not have time to do what they signed up for, because a person with acute pain came and they did not finish us completely. Well, that's understandable, we all know what a toothache is, so there's no problem with that, we think we'll take a flight another time. This other time I had to wait almost a month, as they can often reschedule the appointed time. The most interesting thing is that two years later, the tooth that I treated here started to hurt. At first it was easy, but after a day or two the pain became much worse, so I had to drink painkillers several times a day. I came here again, this time with acute pain. So they said that with acute pain we do not accept, but only by appointment. As it is, there are no fewer doctors than two years ago, but they no longer accept them. Well, there was still no doctor, but he takes such a feeling for at most two weeks a month, and the rest of the time he is not there. They said you can drive up and wait, if the doctor is free, he can take a look. As a result, I drove up, sat for 10 minutes at most, and the nurse, as I understood from her appearance, wanted to take me away and make it clear that they would not be able to treat me today. They won't even be able to, but it feels like they don't want to. I had to treat my tooth not in Novogrudok, but in another city, where they recorded it the next day after the call, and I could even come in the evening, but I simply would not have had time. Here they offered to wait another week by appointment, which could have been postponed, I would not be surprised at this. It would have been better if they hadn't suggested how to endure a toothache for a week, which was getting worse every day. As a result, the nerve had to be removed. I was also told that there is caries under the filling of the neighboring tooth (it was visible on the X-ray), and this tooth was also treated here. Therefore, complaints about the quality of work, as well as their attitude towards customers, we treat some with acute pain, while others do not.
