An extremely irresponsible organization, does not take any responsibility for the integrity of the delivery. I used this delivery for the first time and for the last time! Electric panels were delivered from Minsk for about a week. The delivery was postponed several times. And eventually, one panel was broken during delivery. The courier quickly handed over the papers to sign before taking the goods out of the car and quickly disappeared 10 minutes after they were printed and the damage was discovered. They called the courier, to which he replied to call the operator, and after that they did not answer the calls at all. I do not recommend this organization!!!

This is very convenient if you collect orders during the day and send them in the evening. Saturday is a working day. A very calm and friendly employee (there used to be two). Documents for each parcel are processed for a long time (a feature of the DPA), it would be possible to reduce their number, as in the SDEC. I also like the free wrapping in film. A roll of film. What are the terrible hours of work? It is closed on weekends from 12:30 to 20:00. It is impossible for a working person to pick up orders from an online store according to such a schedule. And you can only extend it for one day. What's the point of it? Work daily from Mon-Fri like everyone else! Inconvenient location, one person works, does everything slowly. It's a pity that this delivery is the closest to my house (half an hour drive), otherwise I would never order here. It is impossible to breathe inside, because there is simply nothing. The windows and doors are closed, and the curtains are open and let in the sun. It feels like I've come to the bathhouse. But the employee has a personal fan!

There are no SMS or viber alerts. regarding the punt itself: inconvenient work schedule (Sat, Sun weekends; start of work from 12.30; lunch break); dirty front door; there are no complaints about the employee himself.
