Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this transport company due to systemic reliability issues. Deadlines are disrupted: The time of pickup and delivery specified in the application is not regularly observed. Lack of communication: When managers have questions, they do not contact for clarification. Instead, the application is quietly cancelled at the end of the working day. The result: Due to this approach, we, as a company, incur losses due to delivery delays, both material and reputational.

The worst transportation company you've ever met! We are a well-known company in the city, we have signed a contract with them because there were disagreements with our carrier, but it seems that Autolight is the best that there is. It was necessary to send a package with a temperature regime urgently. Not only could they not conclude a contract with them for 4 days according to their internal regulations, but after completing the first application, there was a jamb. Their driver called, our administrator was busy with the client, they called back in 5 minutes, but the order had already been canceled and there was no way, basically no way - if you want to do it again tomorrow. They were rude on the phone. It turns out that we didn't even have time to cooperate, and it was such a disappointment the first time. We have no desire to cooperate anymore. We terminated the contract and never set foot in this hole again! Judging by the reviews, it's good that they didn't start working.

The organization has been cooperating with this transport company for about 10 years. Always fulfills all orders on time. The staff is polite. If something is not properly designed or overlaid , they will always come into the situation and correct it . It's logically understandable , without all kinds of hand twisting. At least in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, I rely only on them in my work as a supplier.

The company is not reliable. Delivery failures are common. It is not clear why the time of cargo pickup and delivery should be indicated in the application if it is not taken into account. They don't contact us if they have questions about the application, they just cancel at the end of the day. As a result, the day is lost. Regional centers deliver well, but if other localities and delivery times are important, it is better to choose a more reliable option. A general review of the company.

They rescheduled it, but they're charging again. And everyone is motivated by the fact that they can delay delivery by a day due to weather conditions in the period November-March according to their regulations.... I do not recommend it.

There is no point in writing claims, the boilerplate phrases are not our fault, you packed poorly, although the cargo is packed according to all standards. The product is not expensive, and instead of admitting that they screwed up and reimbursing you, they will try in every way to refuse you. Well, as for the fact that it is impossible to reach them and talk to the person responsible for at least something, I don't say anything at all, the operator picks up there and, as always, doesn't know anything.

Drivers don't know how to communicate with customers. A bad delivery time is from 9:00 to 18:00, you have to take time off from work and wait. I went to the pharmacy for 30 minutes. Below is an example with a photo of how this service works. Delivery from Minsk to Vitebsk on April 14. They handed the store administrator a form and a packaged product with a side from which the damaged packaging is not visible. The product itself (the fixtures) is also damaged. The customer's claim was answered by phone - you signed the delivery form, that everything is fine - your problems. Customer orientation is 0 out of 10.

Through the DPD service, we ordered cargo delivery from Rostov-on-Don to Minsk. The cargo is lost. The issue has not been resolved for two weeks. The Key Account Management service cannot provide information on any issue, in response: "we will call you back." And that's it, no calls. Each of our appeals on the same issue is like the first time for the employees of this company. They communicate with clients exclusively using memorized scripts. The issue is not being resolved in fact. As soon as there is an unusual situation, everything is gone, the issue will not be resolved in any way!!! I don't recommend it.

That's all. The manager says that he cannot do anything, such information was provided by a partner in the Russian Federation. Judging by the reviews, this problem is systemic for this company. And in the responses to the reviews, the company writes that it is working on improvements.… And this has been going on for many years.

After the first telephone interview, arrangements were made for a face-to-face meeting that took place. As a result, we agreed to call each other in 2 days to find out if each other is suitable. After two days, I waited a whole working day for their call, but decided to dial it myself. As a result, they don't take the phone. The next day it's the same story. On the third day, the phone is turned off. I can't finish writing on the website or in correspondence with HR, and I won't get through. Why do this??? If you can say goodbye right away. On Tuesday, people were asked to meet the cargo, as they were on a business trip, but DPD did not even call and did not warn in advance that the cargo was delayed. As a result, at 3 p.m. I called and found out that he was late again.... and rescheduled for Wednesday . Today is Wednesday, I hope to receive my cargo after all. Judging by the reviews below and my experience, this is the first and last time of our cooperation. It's a pity I didn't read the reviews right away.

I want to leave a very negative review about the work of the delivery service. Firstly, the delivery for my only order was already late. The specified deadlines are not met, even such vague ones as from 9 to 18 (the goods were delivered after 18), and no one warns in advance about delays. Instead of agreeing on a convenient time, the driver simply puts in front of the fact 20 minutes in advance when he arrives, ignoring the client's schedule. Secondly, it is indicated on the website and in the personal account that the delivery is carried out to the door. However, the driver refused to lift, despite the fact that the weight and dimensions of the order fully complied with the established standards. In fact, the service was not fully provided. Separately, I would like to note the incorrect behavior of the driver: when asked to deliver according to the terms, he said that "if you don't like it, complain to the support service." I consider this level of service unacceptable. The company declares some conditions, but in fact the client is faced with a violation of deadlines, refusal to fulfill stated obligations and disrespectful attitude. Please pay attention to the quality of the staff's work and bring the services in line with what is promised to customers.

1 star is still a lot for the company.... I ordered the goods, the seller delivers through them. The message delivery arrived on 22.08 from 9 to 18:00, the courier number was sent. Everything seems to be fine, but 18:48(!!!!), but there is no courier... I contacted the seller. He says, "neither you nor I can do anything. Just wait." I call the courier, no one picks up the phone ... after 20 minutes I call again - ignore. Neither the courier nor the company called, warned that the delivery was delayed, or it would not be at all!!! It is impossible to get through to the DPD - artificial intelligence. I contacted a support girl via chat. I received an apology, but I did not hear a clear explanation why this courier did not do his job. Now I have to wait for my order for another 4 days. Thank you for your "good" work👍🏻

You are tracking the delivery on the website, there is not a word that it has been inspected, there is no feedback from the company at all. I'm calling to find out what and how. They said an inspection should be expected without any deadlines. OK, we're waiting. On Friday, 24.10, they called, the inspection was completed, but they couldn't deliver it to the PVZ, I still didn't understand why, but they said they couldn't, but they offered to either come to Lipki themselves, or they would deliver it by courier on Monday. I chose to be a courier. On Monday, no one brought anything, and they didn't even call to say that there were any delays. On Tuesday, I call myself, the system says: an order has been found at your number, the storage period has expired, the order has been returned, please contact us to resolve the issue! with the sender! not with the company, but with the sender!!! The tin is full. I got through to the manager of the company, she said that the product was issued for return, we should expect her to pass the information on to colleagues. I am waiting, and an email arrives saying that the delivery of the product is delayed... and you can't get any more information from the company... We think it's great! We have prepared the documents. the cargo is collected. We are waiting for the courier. As a result, an hour before the end of working hours (17.00), we receive a call from the DPD logistics coordinator with the question: "until what time do you work?" Are you serious? When placing an order, we indicate the opening hours (09-17) in the application form. Are DPD logisticians unable to handle customer orders? Naturally, I understand that no courier will come to us and the goods will not be picked up. The order was placed a DAY IN ADVANCE, neither in the morning nor in the middle of the current day - DURING the DAY, DPD was unable to ensure the collection of a standard cargo of three Euro pallets. And at the same time, DPD managers tend to call and ask why we had few shipments from their companies in such a month... yes, because 1) they can't pick up the cargo on time, 2) in June they had three shipments with them and they paid for all shipments, they delivered the goods to the client in parts on different days....

We have been working with DPD for about 10 years because they are nearby, 5-7 deliveries per month. There is no development of the service; The problems are extremely slow, but they are being solved; you can't reach the manager, but only the staff of the information center; failure to meet deadlines, and especially when the diplomatic agents cannot pick up the cargo for several days and the customer is not informed about this in a timely manner; no one in the company is responsible for anything, they just shift everything onto each other; it is not always possible to reach the phone number 8 listed on the website, or it does not work. I do NOT recommend DPD.

I strongly advise you not to get involved! At the conclusion of the contract, this company has a nice communication and rosy terms and conditions. I formed an order from Novogrudok to Minsk on 03/25/2024. The order was picked up on 03/27/2024 from Novogrudok (which in general there are no complaints, since I was warned about it, but the same Autolight drives more often). I was assured by phone that the cargo will be delivered within 3 working days after receipt (starting from 03/27/2024). Perhaps it's his own fault that he did not double-check the deadlines on the site, trusted the information from an employee of the company and counted on the delivery of the cargo on 03/29/2024 (which, by the way, was reported to me on the hotline that day and this date was in his personal account). It turned out that they do not have enough cars and they will not be able to deliver the cargo to me on 03/29/2024 and they say come pick it up from the warehouse yourself, and so that we recalculate the service as pickup, write us a letter on letterhead. They postponed it to 04/01/2024, which they said both on the phone and in the office, blushed in front of clients, apologized, agreed with clients to wait. The day came on 04/01/2024 - until 11:30 the delivery was on 04/01/2024 and they also spoke on 04/01/2024 by phone. At 12:00 I go to check the order - again the transfer to 04/02/2024. I call the line to find out what is going on, the answer is something like this: "There are not enough cars. We can't deliver today, because delivery is being formed before 9:00." To my indignation that at 11:30 today's date was in the office and on the phone, the answer was probably a delay. A set of pots was ordered as a gift for the celebration, which was to take place on Sunday. The seller handed over this product to dpd for delivery, which was supposed to take place on Friday from 18 to 22. As a result, they are not there on Friday, they are not there on Saturday. On Sunday, I started looking for an order and found out that delivery does not work on weekends and it is not possible to call them (robobaba turns on). Bottom line: we went to visit just with money, the seller was upset that the order had jumped, one deliveryman did well! In short, a very free attitude to the performance of duties (to the stars!)..... I don't recommend it at all.

We sent 3 parcels. Each one is paid separately, with the possibility of inspecting each and checking the completeness. As a result, they gave 15 minutes for the ENTIRE inspection, the courier was rude and threatened to leave with non-delivery of parcels. I highly recommend not to get involved.

It's a terrible office! Cargo is lost even from Moscow, even from St. Petersburg, even from Minsk to Minsk. There is no alternative. It's been a long time, the car shop is only in Belarus, so we tolerate it. The brakes of the Soviet perestroika are being issued at the terminal. He will pass by 50 times and at least come up... Drivers don't care. If you have not delivered or picked up the cargo, you will receive a notification after closing the office - "the order has been canceled". Until you call, you will not swear, no one will move at all, figure out where what was not taken, to whom what was not shipped. The cargo from Moscow was supposed to arrive in Minsk, got lost in Almaty... In short, we are still tolerant, but we do not recommend it. There are no alternatives.
