I decided on prosthetics in Heihe, chose Dental Top on Huan Chengdu Street. To be honest, I was a little worried about abroad, but the organization is on top: they met me in Blagoveshchensk, helped me with the documents, took me to the hotel and clinic - an interpreter is nearby at all stages. I did the installation of zirconium dioxide crowns, everything went comfortably, the doctor was attentive, the equipment is modern. The prices are really significantly lower than ours, plus some of the travel expenses were refunded for the promotion, which is nice. They provide breakfast and lunch, and the hotel is clean. While I was waiting for the prostheses to be made, I went on a city tour at the expense of the clinic. I recommend it to those who are looking for quality at a reasonable price without a headache with the organization.

Further communication with Pasha took place in the MAX messenger. Sometimes it was not as fast as I expected, due to my lack of accounting for the clinic's opening hours and the time zone difference (+ 5h. Moscow Time), as well as my delay in understanding the meaning of the question. Communication was always polite and businesslike. I sent panoramic dental images to the messenger and received an approximate treatment plan and the cost of the work. Also, for my peace of mind, I sent a 3D dental scan to the clinic's e-mail. The picture was given to the doctor, but due to the difference in computer programs, it was not possible to open it. Later, we had a 3D picture taken in Heihe. Before planning the trip, I searched for reviews about the clinic on the Internet, found reviews here (in Yandex Maps) and the clinic group Trust VKontakte. After we received preliminary positive information about the clinic and an understanding of the overall plan for further actions, we agreed on the date and time of our arrival in Blagoveshchensk within a week, and sent a photo of the first page of our passports to complete the necessary documents for crossing the border. We were informed in advance of the contact of the representative (Konstantin), who met us and other clinic clients who arrived on the same Aeroflot Moscow-Blagoveshchensk flight at the airport building in Blagoveshchensk. I called the representative on the eve of the flight through MAX, informed him of the flight number and the estimated time of arrival. He asked me to write before takeoff, because this flight is often delayed. The departure of our flight in Moscow was postponed for 5 hours. Therefore, we did not arrive in the morning, as planned, but after lunch, so the representative postponed the border crossing until the next morning. He took us to the Asteria Hotel, where we were able to sleep well and clean up after the flight. At about 8 a.m., Konstantin was waiting for us at the entrance and took us to the border. A family from Salekhard joined us at the border. We formed a group of 5 people. The representative explained to us the procedure for crossing the border, handed over the bus tickets and all the necessary documents, including the QR code, and then left. There was a long queue at the border, we stayed in a group, went through customs control in an orderly queue, paid a fee of 1,000 rubles per person and crossed the border across the Amur River on a passenger bus. Representatives of the clinic met us at the Chinese border, helped us with our luggage, and took us to a hotel. The trip from the border to the hotel by car took about 6 minutes. We left our things in the room and went to the dentist together (5 min walk). The clinic is located on the first floor of a 4-storey building, on one of the central streets of the city of Heihe. At the clinic, we were introduced to our leading doctor, Yasha. We spoke to him in Russian. We took 3D pictures and received advice on treatment. We were offered a choice of materials from various price categories (the final cost came out in the 2nd above approximate). I'll come back to the cost description later. Before visiting the dental office, our group was invited to enjoy a delicious and light Chinese lunch in the neighborhood of the clinic. Then the treatment and preparation for prosthetics began. My doctor Masha speaks Russian, she and her assistant Yangxue were attentive to my requests and questions. The doctor acted carefully and confidently. After 5 days, the teeth were sharpened, the canals were cured, 27 crowns were placed, the bite was corrected, which was slightly deformed after many years of missing several teeth, the cyst was removed, and ivs were installed. His wife had her old crowns removed, her teeth sharpened, her canal repaired, and about 20 crowns and 4 implants installed. He was told to come back in 10 months for further prosthetics. We were given individual plastic clinic cards with information on the treatment history. I see Yasha every day, he directs the treatment course. We rested at the hotel after the clinic and received care. Breakfast is served early in the morning, and the buffet style is fresh and varied. Chinese cuisine is signed in Russian. The dining room is always full of breakfast people. The hotel staff is simple and helpful. The hotel has 7 floors, a self-service laundry and a small gym. Every day, a small group of energetic maids came to replenish our supplies and pick up the trash. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, many of our compatriots are undergoing treatment at the clinic and look at each other with understanding and sympathy. The room is warm, there is a free place to put things, a kettle, a computer desk, a TV, a comfortable and spacious bed with comfortable linens, a bathroom with shower, consumables, air conditioning (not included). We have WiFi, our Internet is weak (we have android, the MTS mobile operator, we were warned that it works best of all Russian operators and this network must be forcibly selected in the phone settings), bank applications work with a slight delay when downloading, in case of suspicion of fraud when transferring large amounts, the bank blocks the card, the quality communication with the bank's support allows you to resolve the issue of unblocking, Yandex navigator is working, MAX text is quickly transmitted (photos are worse, videos are even worse). There are many places near the clinic where you can have delicious, dense and unusually inexpensive meals. It was not difficult to find soft and warm food during dental treatment (I bought a bowl of warm rice porridge for 20 yuan, and an average glass of freshly squeezed juice in a shopping center for 15 yuan). Russians are treated kindly and kindly. Many stores have Russian signage. Prices and calculations in yuan. Sellers either understand Russian or use a voice translator in their mobile phone app. We have been in China for 5 days. Crowns look natural. The sensitivity of the teeth remained, but the painful hypersensitivity passed. I can bite ice cream like I used to in my youth. It's still unusual to chew vegetable food. Chewing food occurs more purposefully, the degree of fragmentation of a portion of food is clearly felt in the mouth. The crowns are tightly attached to the gum. A smile and lipstick look better. Careful maintenance of oral hygiene has ceased to be tedious, because now plaque does not form on the teeth and there are no interdental spaces. Not including the price of airfare, the trip cost us 960 thousand rubles. for two people (airport transfer, border escort, hotel accommodation + breakfast, CT scan, all dental work, some of the most expensive crowns and implants presented at the clinic, nursing care and medicines). They were partially paid in cash in rubles (they took cash with them at the rate of 225 thousand rubles per person according to the rules of customs clearance (they did not ask about the amount of imported cash at customs), and most of it by transfer.
