Level 5 Local Expert

It's a good hotel for the price, but I can't put more on it because the place needs major repairs, as everything creaks and is held on by God's power, there is no hot water in the room. On the plus side, I'll say that the staff is nice, friendly, the bed is soft and warm, despite the fact that it's cool with the snow outside, the most important thing for visitors is to have a wife here!

Thank you for the warmth and comfort. They sheltered their wife during the blizzard on 12/29/2023. I stood on the highway for 7 hours. The receptionist is very friendly, provided a place to stay, clean bed linen. Thank you very much.

The mattresses are terrible, I couldn't sleep on springs. Horror. I don't recommend it. We took 2 rooms, and the smell is terrible. The stink. I won't come back

We were traveling with friends from Pavlodar to Astana, but because of the bad weather, the highway was blocked, we had to find the nearest hotel, if you can call it that, of course, an old murdered building with Soviet-era repairs, terrible rooms, a toilet on the floor.
