A quiet harbor with a frenzied pace of life, conveniently located next to a large parking lot near Alfa Bank. The coziness and comfort are provided by the specialists of this wonderful center. It's hard to single out anyone separately, because mom had different massage therapists and instructors, and she kept saying great!!! Mom was recovering from a hip replacement, and we started taking the first steps to strengthen our muscles on crutches. Mom was blossoming before my eyes, and we picked up a comfortable exercise and massage schedule. Medically qualified specialists monitored all the exercises and checked the condition of the mother. I am happy with this sports center. I came for a healthy body strengthening, and I've been doing it for about a year now. What I like is that the classes are aimed at health, that the trainers are individually suitable, that at the beginning (and in the process) you consult with a sports rehabilitation doctor. And it's not far from home, that's why I'm here regularly) I tried to train with different specialists, everyone has their own highlights, I already know who I'm better with, It's always useful to spend time here. I'm admiring my reflection now, I've become stronger and more muscular, and I've forgotten about the chronic pain in my sacrum. Different people are busy around, from small children to very adult visitors. The atmosphere is healthy

I want to thank Dorsum for helping me cope with shoulder pain in 2 months. Starting from the first request (consultations and recommendations on the examination), care and a competent approach are felt. I am happy that now I can move my arm without pain. I think this is the best review! But I would also like to thank coach Egor Rodionov for his always friendly attitude, motivation, and explanation of the technique of performing exercises. For the first time, I had the experience of individual training sessions and classes with Egor, this is how I imagined them. I can say that every specialist finds an approach to any person. I worked with different coaches and was always satisfied with the training, their subordination, and communication. I have memorized and noted each specialist. I also recommend getting a massage here. A very pleasant place, thank you!
