A normal hotel. Comfortable beds, just like in the photo. There is a gym, a swimming pool, a dry steam room, and a massage parlor. There is a buffet breakfast. The food is delicious.

The hotel is located on a solid 3rd floor. Location and parking are lame. The hotel itself is located on the 4th floor. On 1-2 floors there is a swimming pool and a gym. Of course, the entrance is separate, but the sound of the equipment is clearly audible. Purity by 3-4. Accessories that are not missing. Wi-Fi is not bad. The food is good, I liked that there is always horse meat. Although the hotel is called a 4-star hotel, it does not pull 4 stars.

The price/quality ratio is the main plus!!! On the highway, a standard overnight stay costs so much, and here there is a swimming pool and sauna, a hammam and breakfast are included in the price! A separate plus for the smoking room on the 4th floor!!! ps the review above was left by me based on the results of repeated stays in 2023-2024. and I set a solid 5 mark. Now in March 2025, while living here once again, I was very upset with the attitude of the staff, both at the hotel reception and at the fitness center. The pool is free, but when we went down to the pool in our dressing gowns, they demanded that we pay 6,000 tenge for the caps!!! This is more than half of the cost of accommodation!! To the question of how, if you have requirements for caps, there should be free disposable ones (albeit inconvenient ones)!!! The reception girl on the 2nd floor reported that there are disposable ones at the reception on the 4th floor. I went there, and they told me (literally) : "The girls from the 2nd floor took all the free disposable hats for themselves and gave me 400 tenge to sell other disposable ones!!!! " I bought it, the question is not about money, but about the attitude towards the guest, I have to get money out of his underpants for his "gray hat scheme". Next, upon arrival at the pool, there were no towels, they told me to go back to the 4th floor... It's simple... Allegedly, go to the massage area yourself across the street, even in dressing gowns or in underpants, although the SPA reception assured us that the hotel staff should escort you and there is a passage inside the building. Dear owner of this complex, take note, because there is no worse when you put your soul and money into your favorite business, and some smart guys spoil everything because of incompetence or laziness or greed.

A nice hotel, a cozy hotel. I really liked that the price includes a swimming pool and breakfast (buffet). We went with the children to a dance competition, the staff was responsive and attentive, and they gave water to our girls, and set up the iron. One caveat is that our room was next to the fitness room, and early in the morning we woke up to loud music - but we woke up early.

I was on a business trip in April 2023. I stayed in a double room without a window facing the street, since I had no choice, I stayed there, the quadrature is small. It's the worst hole I've ever seen. The TV is broken, the water from the shower does not leave, the staff is rude and absent at the reception, drunk people are running along the corridor, I heard a neighbor snoring behind the wall, the linen is of poor quality.
