I've been servicing my car at a Renault service center for 5.5 years, and at the last one I looked at Dongfeng's car. Ilya Pavlov, the car sales manager, explained everything in detail, explained, and calculated the approximate loan payments. As a result, I exchanged the car through a trade-in for a new one with an additional payment. I would like to express my deep Gratitude to Ilya, who helped at all stages of the transaction, not only before purchasing the car, which had to be picked up at the warehouse in Bobruisk, but also after, sacrificed his days off to adjust to my work schedule. All the documents were prepared on time, and all the questions were answered. You don't always meet really wonderful and dedicated people. I want to share my experience with this dealership. I bought a car here and have regular maintenance. Yes, there were problems — both warranty cases, non-warranty repairs, and scheduled maintenance. But the dealer fixed the problems every time, figured out the situation. He fulfills his obligations within the framework of what he can as a dealer. Of course, there are things that he cannot do, such as things that depend on the plant or its "whims." And they honestly explain it to me: why it is possible, and why it is impossible. Some questions simply cannot be answered, because the decision is made by the factory. But where the dealer's area of responsibility is, he works clearly. What is important: the service is good, the people are polite and friendly. You can always call, ask, drive up — they will help. Yes, there are restrictions, but it's more important to me that the dealer doesn't cheat or promise too much. Thanks for the work.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. There is an opportunity to sit in each car. A test drive at altitude. All questions are answered immediately, without delay. There is nothing that would be forced to buy. They give you complete information about the car, a printout at home, and you think for yourself, yes or no. The prices are super compared to the same LADA next door. I would recommend Dongfeng for purchase!!! Now we are deciding for ourselves with the sale of our car, or alternatively they have a ride-in, we want their company's car.
