The worst service.. I came with two children on 08/09/2025, ordered a doner and pizza "Ninja". The doner arrived in 30 minutes, the pizza was forgotten. Later, the guests who came received the food before us. When I reminded them, they placed the order again, waited for another 45 minutes, and then said they would wait 1.5 hours, there were many other orders for delivery! The administrator could replace the dish or compensate, there is no complaint book (violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan). As a result, the children are hungry and the mood is spoiled. If you value your time and nerves, avoid the establishment.
