It was urgently necessary to move out of the old apartment because it was put up for sale, there was a lot of work, and there was zero time to search. I applied to Dom for help in choosing an apartment for long-term rental. The manager listened, made a portrait of the ideal apartment (price tag, area, availability of equipment), showed several options. I signed the contract and within 20 minutes I was shown a selection of relevant options. What I liked: they didn't give me 50 options to choose from, but they sifted out all the slag at once. We went to look at three addresses, and on the third one I immediately decided that I was "taking it." The lease agreement was drawn up officially, with an inventory of the property. Everything is fair, transparent, and without pitfalls. I recommend it for those who value their time and nerves!
