Excellent service, quick check-in, courteous staff, good food.Restaurant: in the evening we ordered lentil soup, chicken broth, shrimp, croutons, salads, quickly cooked on huge plates in the European manner. This dinner was for our drinks, wine and beer, we paid extra for each item, we asked for 8000 tenge, but agreed for 5000. It was unexpected to be honest, but there are probably such rules in Kazakhstan. The territory is well maintained, a beautiful Playground, a barbecue area and a beautiful gazebo , an excellent beach area.The rooms are chic, comfortable, cozy, clean, the bathroom is full, and there is a comfortable second sofa bed. The maid promptly spread everything out and prepared a buffet breakfast in the morning, it's a little uncomfortable that the waiter is standing over your soul when you put something on the plate. There is a spa pool and baths, everything is great, but it was only a day and we didn't use it, unfortunately, but they kindly showed us everything! The views are gorgeous on the veranda from the room, the air is dizzy, I strongly recommend the overall impression for relaxation!!!!!

Beautiful, but small territory, full of mosquitoes, even in the rooms. The service is so-so, the waiters behave as if they were invited to tea at their house, the most adequate and polite of all the staff was the bartender. The coffee is delicious and hot! The children's room is more like a corner with toys. The spa is very small, with only one sauna and two showers, both of which had non-functioning shower hoses. The pool is also small. Spa opening hours are also inconvenient from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The sauna only starts at 3 o'clock . The rooms are small, and the balcony is shared by 3 or 4 rooms, which is also strange. I went out to the balcony in the morning , and there the underwear from the next room is drying (( The breakfasts are meager , only chicken , no meat or fish . There is no national cuisine as such, neither kaza, nor zhai, nor koumiss, nor shubat, nor irimshik, nor balkaimak, nor bauyrsak. We are in Kazakhstan, we would like to see something from the local national cuisine on the table.

A very cozy, comfortable boutique hotel! We settled even before the check-in time! The restaurant is not cheap, but the cuisine is excellent! The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and tidy! We also upgraded our standard room to a suite!!
