We stayed at the House of Moscow for the first time.This is a super mega customer-oriented hotel.Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail.Clean, warm (we were in January 2025) and very quiet.The price per room is adequate, the accommodation includes access to a very modern fitness center and sauna, which are located in the neighboring building.The staff at the House of Moscow is very polite and friendly.Many thanks to the lovely maid and receptionist.They steadfastly withstood the whole barrage of our questions and explained everything intelligently and in detail in Sukhumi.Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome.A masterpiece level of service!Photos of the rooms on the official website.on the website,the complete set of rooms and toilets is fully consistent.The location of the hotel "House of Moscow" in 5min.from the sea and the beautiful Sukhumi embankment.

a small hotel. The rooms are clean, and my room had a panoramic window. They do the cleaning every day. The room has everything: water, tea, sugar, towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, gel and bathrobes. Friendly staff. I contacted them in advance via WhatsApp to resolve the issue, they quickly responded and helped. Minus the breakfasts in the cafe opposite, I couldn't choose what to eat, as there were incongruous options. For example, okroshka for breakfast + some kind of porridge. But you can not take a combo breakfast, but collect food for 400 rubles (the hotel gave you a card for this amount)
