We just visited a dolphinarium with a child, we only took swimming with dolphins, there was a boorish man at the entrance, and the most polite Egyptians also sell photos/videos. We paid $25 for an escort and $129 for a 30-minute swim (from biblio globus). For the first 15 minutes, we were just photographed in the water with dolphins (for an additional fee, you can then buy photos and videos), then we drove from side to side several times.
