I made a pre—order - 51 red roses for a girl. The bouquet was picked up by pickup, but even in this case, the service was excellent. The employee took care and offered to make a drinking bowl for the flowers herself, so that they could safely travel to another city and stay fresh. It was a very pleasant surprise. The bouquet was perfectly put together: the flowers were fresh, the decoration was neat, everything looked very beautiful. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The flowers were not fresh — upon receipt, it was already clear that some of the buds had wilted and looked stale. The very next day, they began to wilt actively — the buds drooped, the petals lost their appearance. I immediately applied to the store with a request to replace the bouquet, but they refused me. Moreover, I contacted the store's director, but he said that the problem was "not solvable" and they would not change anything. The store's director stated that he "does not see this as a problem," referring to the fact that this is a flower delivery, and also said that the flowers could have been disheveled during delivery by courier. It is very unpleasant to face such an attitude towards customers, especially when it comes to a gift and an important occasion. I was hoping for customer orientation and understanding, but, unfortunately, this did not happen. I cannot recommend this store, and I advise you to carefully check the quality of the flowers upon receipt.
