We were at this institution after a long road trip and before a walk around the city. We were in a hurry, so we took pancakes and tea. Excellent service, cooked quickly and tasty, the prices are affordable. People hang out in cafes, socialize, drink coffee, as the location is convenient and comfortable, albeit a small hall. I recommend it!

I give two stars only for the interior and convenient location. I've given this coffee shop a second chance several times, but unfortunately, the situation doesn't change. Coffee is regularly served cold, even when you specifically ask for it to be made hot - you end up getting the same cold drink, and in response, a disgruntled grimace arrives from the staff for a completely ordinary request. The service leaves much to be desired: employees constantly look annoyed, as if they were forced to work under pressure. Neither "hello" nor "goodbye" - it feels like the visitors are bothering them. And the most unpleasant thing is that customers who haven't even had time to close the door behind them are being discussed behind their backs. The overall experience is disappointing: a good interior and location do not compensate for an uncomfortable attitude and low-quality drinks. I hope the management will pay attention to these problems and fix the service.

A very beautiful and cozy coffee shop. Friendly staff, pleasant music, delicious coffee and desserts. It's a pity that there are no outlets. Sometimes you want to sit there, but it happens that the phone is low, you have to think about a cafe where you can plug into an outlet. We really miss the loyalty program! Like the fifth drink is free, or discounts on the fifth check, and the seventh is free and that's the spirit. Otherwise, everything is fine 🤎

The location is good. I like the interior of the cafe. The staff is polite. But the assortment needs to be worked on. According to drinks, you do not have enough taste, saturation (as for coffee), you drink like colored water. For desserts, I don't know what to say. We tried several, and didn't like any of them. Napoleon rubber is simple, sponge cakes are solid. I would recommend changing the dessert supplier. In the evening, the window is empty. And this is the center of the city.. Nevertheless, we will come here in the hope that the cakes will become softer, the coffee will be saturated.

In this institution, there are no questions only to the staff. The quality of the drinks is low, and an insane amount of ice is added to cold coffee-based drinks...For 6-7 rubles, buying half a glass of ice is too much. The coffee shop is stuffy, it is not comfortable inside...it is unclear whether there is an air conditioner or not. Pricing is a separate issue, in my opinion it is expensive. In general, there is something for owners to strive for.
