I have never seen a better vet clinic in our city. Starting from the staff and equipment, ending with the working hours and interior of the clinic. We asked for emergency help and received first-class assistance in full. Thank you so much!

In short: 1. Always take checks with the full amount! 2. Make sure that all devices are disposable or processed! 3. It's better to look for another clinic — ultrasound is done in other places. The only advantage is that they make UAC quickly. That's all. My cat was almost killed here😡 We arrived with an 18-year-old cat: a vessel in her eye burst, it was necessary to find out the reason. They promised an ECG and a blood pressure monitor on the phone, but the ECG turned out to be faulty at the site, and the pressure was measured randomly — the results were very different. The doctors obviously didn't know how to work with the equipment. We asked to at least listen to the heart with a stethoscope, but they refused us with the words "we won't understand anything." It is not true. Instead, they started measuring the pulse with an ear clip, peeling the skin down to the cartilage on both sides! When I pointed out the injury, they just sprayed it with aluminum spray (and then only from the outside), they didn't treat the inside and didn't tell me exactly how to take care of it. After a couple of days, the cat started getting blood poisoning, and had to be treated with antibiotics by another doctor. They took 10k tenge for this circus and didn't give me a check (and I foolishly didn't insist on giving it) When we tried to clarify the diagnosis and further steps, we did not receive clear answers.: either "we don't know," or "go to Ust-Kamenogorsk." The chief physician answered in monosyllables and off the mark. We agreed to have an ultrasound in two days, but when we arrived, the ultrasound technician simply said, "We won't take it, go to Ust-Kamenogorsk for an ECG." There was no answer to my question, "what does the ECG have to do with it if we need the ultrasound that you promised?" Some kind of kindergarten! If you really don't want to see patients, let us know in advance, and don't waste our time and money on the road.

We helped the cat to remove the abscess (to remove pus), we figured out the cause of her indisposition. 👍
