I would like to express my deep gratitude to Ivan Kirillovich Volodko, an internist, for saving my dog! We went to the vet clinic in an extremely serious condition — the dog was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. The doctor immediately showed the highest professionalism: he quickly carried out all the necessary examinations, made an accurate diagnosis and prescribed an effective treatment regimen. I would also like to mention his amazing attitude towards animals. Ivan Kirillovich treated my pet with incredible warmth, care and patience. The dog, which is usually very afraid of veterinarians, completely trusted the doctor and calmly endured all the procedures. The doctor was always in touch, explained each stage of treatment in detail and sincerely worried about the result. Thanks to Ivan Kirillovich, the disease has receded, and now the tail is cheerful, cheerful and healthy again. If you are looking for not just a qualified specialist, but a doctor with a big heart, to whom you can safely entrust the life of your pet, I sincerely recommend Ivan Kirillovich.

Universal gratitude to everyone at Doctor Vet for saving our dog: - the reception staff, who competently ask what the reason for the visit is, coordinate the appointment for the procedures prescribed by the doctor in the future and welcomed us with sincere participation every time we came for the procedures.; - Dr. Shkrobat, who, together with her ultrasound specialist colleague, determined that the cause of the dog's very poor health was pus in the uterus and that an urgent operation was needed.; - to the surgeon Klepchukov and the anesthesiologist, who told in great detail about the cause, essence, possible consequences of the operation and performed the operation itself on the same evening, actually pulling the dog out of the world.; - to all the night shift clinic staff who helped prepare the dog and load the taxi; - our doctor and other doctors who regularly examined the dog in the following days were given ivs and injections; the doctors who removed the stitches answered all questions and gave recommendations for further monitoring of the dog.; - and in general, the entire clinic - for the very opportunity to come by appointment and on a first-come, first-served basis, for routine vaccinations, for consultations if something bothered the pet, for the fact that the staff on the phone do not mechanically record the client, but ask clarifying questions and sometimes recommend a more relevant specialist. So a few years ago, we saved both time and money by listening to the symptoms and suggesting that instead of a therapist on Skripnikov, we go to a doctor who works with allergies at Dr. Vet on the other side of the city. And it turned out to be a specialist specifically for our problem, although we ourselves did not even think that the dog was allergic, and after a couple of visits and following all the prescribed recommendations, the problem was stopped and never returned. And the beginning of solving the problem was precisely the competent, professional and not indifferent specialist on the phone line. In general, I definitely recommend this clinic, as I would recommend it if I could speak and mine is alive!!!, active again, cheerful and adoring to the whole family and our beloved dog.

Our Scottish fold cat has been registered at this clinic for more than 10 years. The vet clinic itself is completely satisfied with us, friendly staff, reception of animals is carried out by appointment. Vet.doctors and the necessary date and time of admission can be selected on the website. The prices are also on the website. There are quite a lot of patients. However, there is always a place to sit down and pass the time before the appointment. There is a coffee machine and drinking water in the lobby, as well as scales for weighing animals. There is a spacious parking lot in the courtyard. Our pet in this clinic was saved from death by hospital doctors in 2021 (there was an obstruction of the renal canals), for which we are very grateful to them.
