We have been going to this medical center for a year now and we are very satisfied! Pediatrician Belaya is the best doctor we've ever met, diamond! He will always tell you everything, answer all questions, communicate with the child as friendly as possible) I would also like to mention an excellent massage therapist, who is very comfortable during the sessions and feels great afterwards. Other doctors were also contacted, but there were never any questions. The girls at the reception are always polite and considerate.

One patient is given 30 minutes, it would seem that during this time it is possible to discuss all health issues. However, almost all the time of the appointment, the doctor filled out data in the computer (height, weight, test scores, etc.), measured blood pressure, looked at the throat. When there were less than 10 minutes left before the end of the appointment, the doctor began listening with a stethoscope, although she came with completely different complaints, to which she heard "I need to listen according to protocol," as a result, there is no time, there are a lot of questions, and these minutes are spent on actions that were not a priority in this situation. Eventually, the 30 minutes of the appointment ended, the doctor began to prescribe treatment in a panic, and when I asked about the prescribed medications, she replied that everything was written in detail, and then she could get to know herself. Of course, I got an answer to some questions during the appointment, but I thought I'd ask when the doctor filled out everything on the computer so as not to distract him. As a result, after she typed all the data into the computer, I started asking the questions that remained, to which I heard, "Oh, I actually have the next patient in time." That is, the doctor spends all the time of the appointment filling out medical documentation, and not on dialogue with the patient, then simply prescribes treatment without any special comments, without explaining what's what, you remain unanswered, but formally all points of the protocol are fulfilled. As a result, you have to make an appointment with another therapist in order to finally get a proper explanation of your treatment.
