This is solely our personal impression of visiting the clinic. Perhaps other patients are happy with everything, but we are used to a different level of communication and attitude from doctors, especially when it comes to an infant. Despite the preliminary appointment, after the ultrasound we had to wait about 30 minutes for the pediatrician's appointment, which turned out to be very inconvenient with a small child. During the ultrasound, the specialist voiced possible serious pathologies, which made us very worried. Later, a second examination at another verified clinic showed that the child was completely healthy and all indicators were normal. Unfortunately, the pediatrician also failed to meet our expectations: the answers to the questions were vague, sometimes harsh, and there was a sense of increasing anxiety, followed by an abrupt change of position. We never received clear recommendations on vaccinations, and additional techniques and services were imposed on us. Considering that the services are paid and expensive, we expected a more attentive, calm and professional approach. Unfortunately, this clinic was not suitable for our family.
