I want to share my sincere impressions about Dodo Pizza, a chain that has long won my heart (and stomach!) thanks to its consistently high quality and reverent attitude towards customers. ** The first thing that catches your eye ** is the atmosphere. When you enter the restaurant, you immediately feel the comfort and hospitality. The interior is decorated in a modern style with bright accents, everything is clean, neat, thought out to the smallest detail. It's nice when a business pays attention not only to food, but also to the space in which guests spend their time. **The service is above all praise.** The staff always welcomes you with a smile, is ready to tell you in detail about the menu, help with the selection and take into account any wishes. One day, I hesitated between the two types of pizza for a long time, and the manager not only listed the ingredients, but shared his personal experience: he told me which pizza was especially popular with regular guests and why. It was very valuable! ** As for the food ** — here "Dodo Pizza" is simply out of competition. The dough is always perfect: crispy on the edges and soft inside. The fillings are generous, fresh, and harmoniously combined. I especially love their pizza with chicken and mushrooms: the sauce gives the dish a unique flavor, and the cheese stretches as it should in a real Italian pizza. **A few personal observations that pleasantly surprised me:** * **Transparency of the process.** Through the window, you can see how the pizza is being prepared — it inspires confidence and adds to the pleasure of waiting. * **Speed.** Even during rush hour, the order arrives surprisingly quickly, while the quality does not suffer. * **Attention to detail.** They always offer additional sauces, napkins, and sometimes even small compliments from the establishment, such as cookies for coffee. * **Flexibility.** One day I forgot to specify a special ingredient, and the staff corrected the order without asking any questions, without charging extra. **I would like to mention the delivery separately.** I ordered more than once — always on time, the pizza arrives hot, the packaging is neat, nothing is deformed. The courier politely transfers the order and checks its completeness. **From the little things that create an overall impression:** * clean room and toilets; * Pleasant background music that does not interfere with conversation; * availability of sockets for charging gadgets; * Friendly greetings at the entrance and exit. **Output:** Dodo Pizza is not just a place to have a snack. This is a space where the guest is appreciated, they put their soul into every stage of service and really love their job. Here you feel that they are waiting for you, glad to see you and want you to leave happy. For several years now, Dodo Pizza has been my favorite among chain pizzerias. And again, you're cleaning the reviews. We ordered pizza for the "buy one big one, the second one as a gift" promotion. As a result, the paid pizza arrived normally. The one that came "as a gift" arrived without stuffing. A few pieces of meat and that's it. I ask you again, what's the point of your promotions if it's just a piece of dough I also initially left a review on the site, my order miraculously switched to the status of "in processing" and still hangs that way. As much as the pizzeria on the square left a great impression, I was disappointed by the Dodo in the Crown. We ordered 2 pizzas. 4 cheeses turned out to be an ordinary cheese pizza!!Door Blue was absent. For a moment, cheese is twice as cheap as 4 cheeses. In general, the pizzas are dry. It just feels like the old ones have burned out. The courier took exactly one hour to get to the house that stands opposite the pizzeria. Despite the fact that the Crown shopping center is visible from my window, I will order next time from the square. I hope the pizzas are still on the same level.

March 27th A very long wait. We made a pre-order in the app, and there was an advance payment. We stood in the hall for an extra 40 minutes waiting for the order, if not for the mandatory prepayment, we would have turned around and left. When we reminded them about ourselves, the cashier told the pizza maker that we had a pre-order, which apparently accelerated the work. If they hadn't said anything, I don't know how long he would have been preparing. Why do promotions if the staff can't handle the influx of customers? There's no need to talk about quality, everything is fast, awry, the pizza stuck to the box and tore.

Good location of the place. Despite the number of seats inside, everything is occupied by teenagers who play on their phones without ordering anything. The tables are terribly dirty and greasy. Sitting inside, especially eating, is absolutely unpleasant. Teenagers shouting obscenities in the background. We will not visit this institution again!

Pizza is delicious, but we didn't get any pleasure from it. The staff only handled the delivery. It turns out that we should have gone to the kitchen and said that we were in a hurry, then they would have served us faster. Nonsense. We won't go there anymore.
