It was a typical Saturday night, and we wanted pizza. Choosing Dodo from several pizzerias, the main advantage of which was the "two for the price of one" promotion, we decided to order there. We chose two pizzas: Dodo Mix and the new Masala. We placed an order through the app and continued to relax while waiting for a hot pizza. After 45 minutes, there's a knock on the door. It was a courier who turned out to be very polite and friendly. After giving us the pizza and wishing us a pleasant appetite, he left, and we went to the kitchen and were ready to try it. But by opening the box… It looks like the pizza was delivered to us in a Formula 1 car. From the tremendous speed, she was crushed to one side of the box. After recovering from a slight shock, we decided to call the call center and clarify what was wrong with our order. The operator picked up the phone very quickly. After listening to our story, she said she would call the pizzeria and call us back. It's been 25 minutes… No one called us back. We decided to dial the call center again. Once again, they picked up the phone very quickly and said that they would call the pizzeria now and they would call us back. This time, they actually called us back within two minutes and said that the pizzeria manager would contact us now. As soon as we hung up, the manager called us. She was very kind and said that they would now redo our order and bring us a new one. Another hour passed… No one brought us anything. It was already late, and we decided to check with the manager whether it was worth waiting for someone today or tomorrow we would receive an order. This time, she immediately dialed the manager and said that the order had been delivered to the courier an hour ago. We were at a bit of a loss.: How could a courier who takes 10 minutes to get there (that's the distance from us to the pizzeria) not be able to cover it in an hour? But as if by magic, after calling the manager, five minutes later a courier was at our door. This time, the pizzas were intact. And we ate them with pleasure. "Masala", by the way, turned out to be a very tasty novelty. Thanks to Dodo for an emotional Saturday night. And thanks to the pizzeria staff for the delicious pizzas. We will order more from you, hopefully without incident.

This pizzeria is like a grandmother who wants to feed everyone with onions. Even when forbidden, Dodo adds his onion to the pizza. This is a disappointment for people close to me, who have been literally sick of onions since childhood. I tried to leave internal feedback to the Dodo, but there was no reaction - at least a piece of onion, but it comes across. The most humiliating thing is their 20% discount on the next order to make up for the smelly pizza. Dodo gives a 30% discount to customers of the Mile construction store, and the manager allocated only 20% for discarded pizza with onions. It's just a spit in the face. In the last case, I didn't even contact them - it was useless.

Thanks dodo pizza for spoiling the mood! We made an order at the pizzeria on Nesterova on 31.10 at 18 o'clock. The courier made a mistake with the order and brought sorbet instead of 2 lemon tarts. When we contacted the pizzeria, instead of apologizing, they told me in an arrogant tone, "wait for the order to close, write a review and we will deliver it to you as soon as possible" (my order for which I paid money). As a result, the order was closed closer to 23 hours, and there was no way to leave a review (there was simply no button in the app to rate the order). At 23 o'clock I called dodo again, the manager with the phrase "let's solve the situation" offered to take me right now (I have to wait around the clock at work) There was no apology. I was asked to call the next day and remind them of the order (I also have to call to remind them to bring my order). I'm calling in the morning. Again, no apologies, she said what time to bring it. "The courier will contact you" (All). I ask the management of this pizzeria to teach their employees how to communicate with customers, especially when they have made a mistake. It's very nice to pay 15 rubles for 2 small pieces of dessert, not get it when I want it, and then wait for their order to be rejected, call them several times, remind them.
