We made a pre-order in 3 hours. We even arrived a little later than the scheduled time, but the pizza was still not ready. They told me to wait 5 minutes, which then turned into half an hour. Thus, it is easier to arrive and order on the spot than to do it in the app, if in the end the waiting time is the same anyway, although it should not be pre-ordered at all. We arrived home, opened the boxes, and noticed that we also had Hawaiian instead of carbonara. This is some kind of nightmare. In addition to being kept waiting, the orders were also confused. Horror. The service is disgusting.

My wife ordered his favorite pepperoni pizza for lunch (09/19/2022), unfortunately in a hurry, mistakenly through the Dodo Pizzeria website (for which they paid later, since the network was not previously used by us). As a result, the child accepted the order and handed over the money for the delivered product for a little more than 20 rubles, unpacked it only in the kitchen when the courier had already left - the pizza consisted of cake, cheese and ketchup. When asked by the operator where the whole essence of the order is, that is, pepperoni sausage, they received the answer that at the time of the order the tick was removed excluding this component during cooking, which led to the preparation of incomplete products. Perhaps a technical error was made at the time of the order (which, unfortunately, is no longer possible to check as a customer), but the operator himself, rechecking the order with elementary logic, is unable to conclude about a possible failure that "does it make sense to order pizza "Double Pepperoni" without pepperoni sausage???" Or in this network the norm deliveries of such products taking advantage of the lack of direct buyer-seller contact???
