We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery today (order 168) and arrived 20 minutes later, but it's okay, you can blame it on heavy workload over the weekend. The saddest thing is that a fragment was found in one of the pizzas, we understand that a hair, an eyelash, etc., may get caught, but the fragment (a piece of something sharp) is a drop, it's good that they didn't have time to swallow and cut themselves, we hope that there were no even smaller pieces eaten earlier

The pizza is good, of course. But the service is on the verge of fantasy. The establishment is only open for delivery. We came with the child to have a snack, and after 12 minutes of waiting, we didn't start doing anything. It was only after a not very calm conversation with the employees that it turned out that they were making deliveries, they had many other orders. There is no such information on the self-service kiosk: "under development". Communication is rude, the staff is impolite. As a result, after the conversation, everything was done in 10 minutes (that is, they can). And here's another order that was placed with mine at the same time, and it didn't start. The level dropped below the baseboard. That's why teenagers come to you to recharge their phones and that's it.
