We waited for the pizzas to be cooked and went to pick them up (both pizzas were ready on the screen), as a result, only one of the two pizzas was ready, the second one was additionally waited for 20 minutes (a total of 40 minutes waiting for a small pizza) The first pizza was very tasty, well-chopped, but unfortunately they regretted the bacon and, in principle, the toppings. Youngsters just come to hang out, sit on sofas for hours, hang on their phones, and use the word mate. My ears are wilting!! Despite the fact that I don't want to leave, because the pizza is delicious and the place is convenient, but listening to the screams of raging and swearing children from (!) 6 to 13 from all sides is unbearable. On August 25, 2025, I ordered pizza delivery from here via the DoDo app. It was the most unprofessional delivery in my memory. The delivery time I specified when ordering was 12:30-13:00. While monitoring the order status in the app, I found that the order was ready only at ~12:45-50. Question: for what reason did the restaurant start preparing the order so late, which I made a lot in advance, considering that it was Monday lunchtime, and not Friday/Saturday evening? Next, I started watching the delivery. Since the application did not specify the time after which the order would be delivered, the only thing left was to monitor the courier's movement on the map. For 10 minutes (judging by the map), the courier simply did not move. I started to panic as 20 colleagues were waiting for the table to be set. It's already past 1 p.m., and I'm calling the call center. The girl who was talking to me said that no order had been received from my phone number, talking to me as if I was mentally retarded and didn't know what I was talking about and was mistaken. She gave me the address of one of the restaurants where they didn't pick up the phone three times. I called the call center again. This time, an adequate girl easily found my order, which, it turns out, still exists, and gave me the manager's number of the restaurant from which the order was delivered to me. When I called there, I found out that my order was on the way and that the courier was already very close to me. After hanging up, I receive a call from Irina's courier, who informs me that she has arrived and will be getting up. I explained 3 times how to find our office in addition to the fact that it was written in the comments to the order (by the way, no one ever had any questions about this comment, everyone found the office). After 5 minutes, I dial to find out where she is, and receive information in response that she is in the opposite wing of the building, although I have repeatedly repeated that she needs to enter the left (!) door. Irina started arguing about this thesis and said that she walked around the building, as I said (and she chose the right door because there were no elevators on the left) and then she would not carry the order because it was hard for her and she would not carry it and asked us to come for pizzas. At this point, I was horrified by two things: the lack of professionalism of the courier and the approach of the management staff (giving an order for 10+ kg to a woman is the height of illiteracy and inadequacy). When she once again repeated the question of how to get to us from the opposite wing, I couldn't stand it and handed the phone to a colleague so that he could explain to the courier how to get to us. Total: the delivery was 28 minutes late from the deadline. Even a promo code for a free pizza won't make up for all the negativity I've received in this short time. There is no desire to order pizza from DoDo anymore.
