I'm rating the girl at the checkout who worked on May 27, 2025 (Tuesday). The order was placed around 18:00. Her Highness allowed us to take only three pizzas and two for free (according to her, these are the rules). Drinks, as indicated on the website 0.5 (bottled) are not available and they do not participate in the promotion. I told the whole queue that it was because of my order that everyone else would have an hour waiting time. Although we also waited 55 minutes for our order. I do not know why to recruit staff with a poker face, apparently, so that they spoil the holiday and the reputation of the pizzeria as much as possible.

We were a company in this pizzeria. We ordered 4 pizzas according to the promotion (every second one as a gift) and drinks (sodas, their signature cherry juice, kvass). The Homemade pizza had little pepperoni (because of this, the taste was defective), the Rustic pizza had a lot of potatoes (it was clearly superfluous there). Pizza Double Chicken and Chicken Ranch is super. The drinks were chilled, their signature cherry juice went off with a bang, sweet, obscene. But the service does not meet expectations. The staff treats customers without respect, the tables are not wiped and there is no desire to put their hands on them. We waited about FORTY MINUTES for the order itself, that is, 10 minutes for each pizza and drinks to get out of the refrigerator. This is VERY slow for a pizzeria like Dodo. I've been to their other pizzerias, where a similar order can be prepared in 15-20 minutes. Pros: - Delicious pizza, especially Double Chicken and Chicken Ranch - the branded cherry juice is also on top - according to the promotion, every Tuesday a second pizza as a gift Cons: - the staff is disrespectful to customers - tables are not wiped - IT takes a VERY LONG time to cook pizza
