We have ordered pizza delivery here many times, always on time, the pizza is warm, delicious, all the ingredients are fresh.We order in the app so we can watch how they cook.I really like the dodo service, I can't say about the service and staff here, I haven't been inside, but the pizzas are delicious, it's a priority for me.

Pizza, if you use how they like their own prefix dodo for any word, dodo is something. Bavarian and Julienne tasteless pizza, stale, dry, they wanted to throw away the 33p on the first day, but the "toad" strangled them. It is much cleaner outside than indoors, which is especially contrasting in Belarus, where cities are generally clean. I didn't add a photo of the toilet, everything looks about the same there and the smell is appropriate. I like Fyodor Ovchinnikov, the founder of this already global chain, and what he does, the other Dodo pizzerias I've visited so far have been clean.

After calling the support service, I waited for a call from the manager who was supposed to receive the request for 15 minutes, then I tried to call him myself (they didn't pick up the phone). Half an hour later, the courier finally called back and began to scold in raised tones that he was waiting for them to call him back instead of apologizing.After a minute, he managed to find the door and give the order (throw it on the table) and leave. As a result, the caesar salad turned out to be without chicken, the pasta was cold, and the mood was spoiled. Please pay attention to the attitude towards your customers. Set up the app so that you receive an alert that the courier has arrived.It is not always possible to answer calls, and even more so, to call back.

Two hours after the order was placed and the delivery was an hour overdue, the application showed that the order had been delivered, although I still did not see the courier. Support has not been able to resolve this issue in any way. Fortunately, I returned the money and disowned the discount promo code. In Russia, the Dodo does not allow itself such an outrage.
